Uber banned: Ultimate solution?

 2 years after Nirbhaya gang rape,women still don't feel safe in Delhi. Women are still being raped and harmed as if they are the toys meant to entertain the coward men who are no less than the scum in our society. Victims are still not safe. Even little girls are being sought after.
Is the government and the system to be blamed? I won't say a word against them but yes,those who need to handle the proper working of the nation are still sleeping. Wake up the eminent personalities! Wake up and see the pain! Wake up and see that young girls still fear to travel in the local trains,crowded buses and the general coach of the metro. They don't feel safe in their own city. They can't breathe freely,dress freely, move freely and enjoy freely in their own country.
     In the recent Uber cab rape case,was it the girl's fault to have taken the safety measures by calling a renowned cab expecting herself to be dropped back home safe? People still might blame her for traveling alone during the late hours of the day but that certainly gives no men a right to rape a lady! In such a case, banning Uber seems to be an intelligent decision because of its carelessness while employing a man who is already a rapist. But is it the ultimate solution for bringing the increasing rape cases to a halt?  If yes, ban everything everywhere because people with such a mentality exist everywhere around us. The filth in their minds need to be taken off by imposing stringent anti-rape laws. The lecherous behavior needs to be cut off and their desires crumbled.
The women need to be safe and proud of their nation. The worsened condition needs to be handled before it is too late. Wake up the responsibility bearers!

It has been two years to #Nirbhaya but still everything remains the same . Parents of thousands of girls like #Nirbhaya who were just a *shikaar* for those rapists are still waiting and hoping for some justice to be done with them.
Who are to be blamed ?
We girls are to be blamed,I suppose, for thinking that we can live freely to fulfill our dreams in this society which is actually full of men behaving like animals!
In this modern age, girls are still adviced and forced to avoid traveling alone at night or even during the daylight. We cannot dress up freely because that seems to be like an open invitation to such rapists! Where lies the freedom and democracy? Where lies the comfort of one's own city?

The capital’s women need a bravery medal for using a public transport

Allowing a women to safely travel from one point in the city to another , how difficult is it ? Is it too much to ask for ? Aren’t these some of the basic needs that Delhi fails to address ?

Yet another horrific incident , a women in her mid twenties,employee of an MNC who allegedly got raped on 6december in Delhi, inside a uber cab by the driver,is exactly like us and like us she did all the safety checks within her power to make sure she reaches home from gurgaon pub unscathed. The truly terrifying thing about incidents like the Uber cab caseor the December 16 gangrape-murder from two years ago was that the women in both cases were following most of those rules to stay safe. And yet they still ended up being victims of heinous crimes

Why are rape incidences mushrooming in delhi ?

Registered rape cases in past 6 months in delhi runs in thousands,infact in every 18 hours a women is raped in delhi and molestation cases are not behind around 8000+ cases from from last 6 months.

Indian officials are not doing enough to address sexual violence against women. Inadequate attention by the Indian government to sexual violence against women. Rape incidents in the capital have been on the rise, even as Indian lawmakers doubled prison sentences for rapists in the wake of the horrific 2012 fatal gang rape of a young New Delhi woman, whose death stirred an international outcry

Even in Uber cab rape case, the accused has been convicted of sexual assault in 2011 and was let lose after serving 7 months prison.

Nuisances of the present situations

In a couple of days, questions will begin to be asked about the conduct of the woman in the taxi case. Whether it’s someone like Asaram Bapu insisting that the gangrape victim should have called her rapists “bhaiya” to get them to stop or others saying she shouldn’t have dozed off in the car (according to police reports), there will be discussions about how this ended up happening

And now state government has banned Uber, really is this a practical way to deal with the problem? Shouldn’t it be more concerned with the crimes and criminals

If this is the way problems are going to be solved then I would say Ban Uber. Ban Nightclubs. Ban short skirts. Ban co-ed hostels. ban women in public. Dont live. Dont breathe. Because men rape and Everything is to blame for rape. Except rapists ofcourse

Why this is high time to act because this is one of those “it could have been me” stories….
